About Namaste Healing Studio
Our Mission
At Namaste Healing Studio , our mission is to provide a welcoming and safe space for individuals to explore the physical and mental benefits of yoga, sound therapy and meditation. We believe that sound therapy and meditation is for every body and strive to create a supportive community for all of our guest. Also above all love is all we need.
Our Instructors
Our experienced and certified instructors are passionate about sharing the practice of yoga , sound therapy and ,meditation with others. They provide personalized attention and modifications to ensure that every student can safely and effectively participate in our classes and sessions.
Our Classes
We offer a variety of classes and sessions for all levels, including sound therapy, board of nails, guided meditation tai chi,, yin, and restorative yoga. Our classes are designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and reduce stress along with releasing stored traumas. We also offer counseling and life coach lessons and reiki.
